Dietary supplement. This product contains sweeteners.
The product contains melatonin, ** in the form of orally dissolving tablets (ODT), i.e. already disintegrating in the oral cavity, which allows the faster release and absorption of this substance in comparison to conventional forms (tablet/capsule). Citrus flavour. Thanks to the ODT form it is not necessary to swallow the tablet with water.
*Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is obtained when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime.
Intended Use: The preparation is intended as a dietary supplement for people who have difficulty falling asleep fast.
Recommended Daily Dose: 1 capsule daily, preferably 30 minutes before wishing to fall asleep, or otherwise after consultation with a doctor.
