Taking Beta-Alanine helps provide the essential element for the synthesis of Carnosine.
Carnosine is a dipeptide composed of Beta-Alanine and Histidine. Carnosine helps to maintain relatively neutral muscle pH when a large amount of lactic acid is produced.
We know that the rate of Carnosine is limited by the amount of Beta-Alanine available.
Studies show that using Beta-Alanine increases muscle Carnosine concentration.
Beta-Alanine therefore becomes important to prolong or intensify your workout by delaying the effect of lactic acid.
Recommended Use: Take ½ scoop daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
Warning: May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case reduce the dose. Store in a cool dry area. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing.
